Curry Risotto

The classic way to make Risotto is with a wine and broth mixture that makes it a truly Italian dish. What happens when you mix in a little spice and flavors from Thailand, instead? This gives you an amazing dish that offers a fresh take on a classic Italian item. The addition of yellow curry and coconut milk provides a warming feeling to this comfort food that will make anyone smile.

Korean Tacos
